Politique d’expédition

We offer low-cost flat-rate shipping across Canada and the U.S., and free shipping In Canada on orders over $150 (before tax) and in the U.S on orders over 125$ USD (before taxes). Overseas countries can select from a number of courier rates.

Note to U.S  customers: U.S. de minimis & tariff changes affecting Canadian shippers (effective now and upcoming) De minimis ($800) suspended as of Aug 29, 2025. 

All low-value shipments to the U.S. are now dutiable and must meet full entry requirements. Non-postal parcels require a proper customs entry; postal parcels face new per-item or ad-valorem duties.

Since August 29th 2025, we have modified our offer for free shipping to the U.S. We are continually reviewing our carriers policies and fees to offer our customers the best possible shipping rates but also the smoothest transitions at customs. Each package send to the United State is now submitted to exta processing fees, regardless of the amount of the package. These fees are  added to the shipping cost by the carriers. 

Although we prepare and file the necessary customs document for each and every order shipped to the U.S, we cannot garanty that the carrier or the U.S customs, will apply the preferential tariff of 0% on your order as it is stipulated under the US -M-CA agreement. The carrier could charge the customer a tariff on delivery. Floraline is not responsable for these fees. We can provide you with the necessary documents to dispute the charges. 

 Shipping Rates:

  • Affordable flat-rate shipping within Canada and the U.S.
  • Free shipping on orders of $150 CAD or more (before tax, for Canada only)
  • Free shipping on orders of $125 USD or more (before tax, for United States only)
  • Affordable flat-rate shipping within Canada and the U.S

Processing & Delivery:

  • Most orders ship within 2-3 business days in Canada
  • Most orders ship within 4-5 business days in the U.S 
  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

Overseas Shipping:
We recommend that customers from overseas countries select a shipping method that includes tracking.

Customs & Duties:
Please note that international orders may be subject to additional charges upon delivery.

Tariffs Notice For U.S. Customers:
Some items may be subject to import tariffs when entering the United States. These fees vary and are determined by U.S. Customs.
