Bubbles and Beyond Rewards Program Terms and Disclaimer

The Bubbles and Beyond Rewards Program (“Program”) is a customer loyalty program offered by Floraline (“we,” “us,” “our”) to eligible customers. By enrolling, accessing, or participating in the Program, you (“Member,” “you,” “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before participating.

1. Eligibility

1.1 The Program is open only to individuals who have created a valid customer account on the Floraline online store.

1.2 Corporations, resellers, or bulk purchasers are not eligible to participate.

1.3 Membership is free and available solely for personal use.

2. Earning Points

2.1 Points (“Bubbles”) are earned on eligible purchases made directly through our website and other approved channels as described on our Rewards Program page.

2.2 Points are not earned on taxes, shipping, gift cards, or other excluded products.

2.3 Floraline reserves the right to determine, change, or correct the number of points earned on any transaction.

2.4 Points may take up to 72 hours after order fulfillment to appear in your account.

3. Redeeming Points

3.1 Points can be redeemed for available rewards listed on the Bubbles and Beyond Rewards page at the time of redemption.

3.2 Points have no cash value and may not be exchanged for money, credit, or gift cards.

3.3 All redemptions are final once confirmed and cannot be reversed.

3.4 Floraline may substitute rewards of equal or greater value without notice.

4. Program Modifications and Termination

4.1 Floraline reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program (in whole or in part) at any time, without prior notice or liability.

4.2 If the Program is terminated, all unredeemed points will expire automatically and cannot be converted to cash or credit.

4.3 Floraline will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from changes or termination of the Program.

5. Points Expiration and Forfeiture

5.1 Points expire 12 months after the date they are earned unless otherwise stated.

5.2 Points may be forfeited if:

• 
  The Member’s account is inactive for 12 consecutive months;
  

• 
  A purchase is refunded, canceled, or disputed; or
  

• 
  Floraline, at its discretion, determines there has been abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
  

6. Transfer and Account Use

6.1 Points, rewards, and accounts are non-transferable and cannot be shared, sold, assigned, or combined between customers.

6.2 In the event of a Member’s death, incapacity, or account closure, all accumulated points are automatically canceled.

6.3 Any attempt to manipulate the Program or create duplicate accounts will result in termination of membership and forfeiture of all points.

7. Cancellation by Member

7.1 You may cancel your participation in the Program at any time by contacting Floraline Customer Support.

7.2 Upon cancellation, all unredeemed points and pending rewards will immediately expire and cannot be reinstated, even if you later rejoin the Program.

8. Errors and Adjustments

8.1 Floraline reserves the right to correct any errors in point balances or account activity at any time, with or without notice.

8.2 If a technical or system error results in incorrect point calculation, Floraline may adjust the balance to reflect the accurate amount.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Floraline disclaims all warranties, express or implied, relating to the Program.

9.2 Floraline is not liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from:

  Unauthorized account access;
  

• 
  System errors, network outages, or data loss; or
  

• 
  The modification, suspension, or termination of the Program.
  
  9.3 In no event shall Floraline’s liability exceed the total value of rewards redeemed by the Member.
  

10. Privacy

10.1 Participation in the Program is subject to the Floraline Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and protection of personal information.

10.2 By joining the Program, you consent to the collection and use of your information for administering rewards, promotions, and communications.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located within Ontario.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the Bubbles and Beyond Rewards Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, including any updates or modifications posted on our website.
