Shipping Policy

IMPORTANT NOTICE : 

U.S. de minimis & tariff changes affecting Canadian shippers (effective now and upcoming) De minimis ($800) suspended as of Aug 29, 2025. All low-value shipments to the U.S. are now dutiable and must meet full entry requirements. Non-postal parcels require a proper customs entry; postal parcels face new per-item or ad-valorem duties.

Although we prepare and file the necessary customs document for each and every order shipped to the U.S, we cannot garanty that the carrier or the U.S customs, will apply the preferential tariff of 0% on your order. The carrier could charge the customer a tariff on delivery. Floraline is not responsable for these fees. We can provide you with the necessary documents to dispute the charges.

Shipping Rates:

• Flat-rate shipping within Canada or free shipping on order over 150$ CAD 
  
• Flat-rate shipping within the U.S or free shipping on order over 125$ USD
  

Processing & Delivery:

• Most orders ship within two business days.
• A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
